This is my third cord for my PowerBook G4 Titanium. It turns out that the plug in is a weak point. The wire is not protected in a meaningful way considering that is where it is stressed by taking it in and out. The first cord was replaced by an AppleCare policy but the second one cost me about $100.
This one I ordered through VALUELINK SUPPLIES and I was concerned that they weren't an Apple dealer but for $44, oh well. It arrived in a few days even though I ordered it through regular shipping and it was two weeks early. And it was an apple product. Exactly right in every way. It's great.
